Learn more about our Time of Use (TOU) rate program.

Our Time Of Use rate program empowers you to shape your energy bill by adjusting the time you use electricity. Electricity costs different amounts at different times, thus the more you use when the cost is low, the lower your bill will be. While it's difficult to change the time you heat and cool your home, it can be fairly easy to adjust the time you do other things, like laundry, showering and charging an electric vehicle.

*Disclaimer: This tool is only intended to provide an estimate of potential savings and should not be used as the only decision-making process when purchasing an electric vehicle. Actual results will vary. Customers may not realize similar energy savings or carbon emission reductions. Vehicle data is subject to change without notice. This is the estimated residential electricity rate for the utility and it does not include the Basic Service Charge, Surcharges (i.e., Transition Charge, Revenue Decoupling Mechanism, System Benefits Charge, Merchant Function Charge), Bill Issuance Charge or any taxes. This rate may not include tiered or time-of-use rates. Rates change periodically. Utility does not warrant or represent that this data is accurate. In no event shall the utility or its suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to claims associated with the accuracy of this data or information. Please refer to the Company’s tariff for electric delivery rates and surcharges.
